About Rotary Mihan Town

Discover the principles, history, and people behind Rotary Club of Nagpur MIHAN Town — a proud member of Rotary International District 3030.

Rotary International

A global network of community leaders dedicated to service above self.

Rotary International brings together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service and advance goodwill and peace around the world. Founded in 1905, Rotary has grown into a worldwide organization of over 1.4 million members across more than 46,000 clubs.

Our club, Rotary Club of Nagpur MIHAN Town, operates under RID 3030, contributing to this global mission through local action in Nagpur and surrounding communities.

The 4-Way Test

A guiding ethical framework that shapes every Rotary decision and action.

Is it the TRUTH?

We commit to honesty and integrity in all our dealings, ensuring transparency with our members and the communities we serve.

Is it FAIR to all concerned?

Every initiative is evaluated for fairness, ensuring equitable benefit for everyone involved — from volunteers to beneficiaries.

Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

Our projects are designed to strengthen community bonds and foster lasting relationships across Nagpur and beyond.

Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

We measure success by the positive, tangible impact on the lives we touch — villagers, students, families, and fellow Rotarians.

Avenues of Service

Rotary channels its efforts through five distinct avenues, each addressing a vital dimension of community life.

  • Club Service — Strengthening fellowship and ensuring the effective functioning of the club.
  • Vocational Service — Encouraging high ethical standards in all occupations and recognizing the worthiness of all useful work.
  • Community Service — Addressing local needs through projects like health camps, education initiatives, and social welfare programs.
  • International Service — Promoting peace and understanding across borders through global partnerships and humanitarian efforts.
  • Youth Service — Supporting the next generation through Rotaract, Interact, and leadership development programs.

The Rotary Foundation

Transforming contributions into sustainable, high-impact projects worldwide.

The Rotary Foundation is the charitable arm of Rotary International, funding projects that promote peace, fight disease, provide clean water, support education, and grow local economies. Through Foundation grants, clubs like ours turn generous donations into life-changing service — from Elearning kits for students to Medical Checkup Camps and Blood Donation Camps in the Nagpur region.
